Hi Kingstonians, though a bit on the early side today we have here this cozy Christmas album (@320 kbps) from 43 years ago. Special thanks goes out to backing band Fatman Riddim Section and engineer Paul Khouri, who tirelessly spent hours in the Miami Sound Studios to create and record the festive spirit in Dobby's rendition of these contemporary Christmas carols for all reggae lovers to enjoy during the Holiday season.
With the addition of deejay Ringo to ride some wild version an acceptable playing time of about 33 minutes was reached and immediately after pressing the album got launched at the Jamaican market; the big and cozy market that is right behind the train station in Kingston town. It sold like hot bread and further established Dobby Dobson's reputation of being a truly unique and elegant styled singer.
