"During the second half of 1976, some of the most terrifying
sounds ever released by King Tubby and his producer Bunny Lee
appeared in the vinyl grooves. The atmosphere became very
strange and distant in the dub mixes. This LP and its companion
(released at the same time), Satta Dread by U Brown, share the
same earthquake bass also typical of this short, magical period."

ReplyDeleteThis is the old 'I-self' rip (a great rip -160kbps Mono Mp3) converted to Flac!
ReplyDeleteGood catch!
DeleteIndeed it is, pity, I have changed it with Foobar2000 from FLAC to Mp3 320 which is okay according to FakinTheFunk spectrum scanner. Thanks for noticing, as I usually do the quality control, but this one skipped, though it even says so in the text file.
DeleteI got fooled :(
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for posting this LP, I used to have a copy, but somehow I lost it. In my opinion, this is I Roy's best LP.
